We do not sell or share your personal information — including your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in/consent information — with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data is not shared with any third parties.

The App is intended for adults pursuing real estate education and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
